Relax in this 1200 square foot, beachfront, fully furnished Condo with an unobstructed view of water and a side view of the SS Lexington and Downtown Corpus Christi. Breathtaking sunrise over the water greets you every morning. Within 5 minutes of Texas State Aquarium and 10 minutes to Portland.

Remodeled in 2019.

Located on North Beach, just 15 minutes from the Airport and close to Portland, Rockport and other small coastal towns. Area known for bird watching, fishing, and windsurfing.

Fish off the jetty (short walk) or wade fishing right outside your door. Fresh seafood at many local restaurants or take a short mid morning drive over the Harbor Bridge to the T-Heads to meet the fishing and shrimp boats to purchase their daily catch. Once you prepare your food, eat on the balcony(seats 4 on round table with seating for additional 2 on bar stool and table).

Boardwalk at T-Heads you can rent bicycles, skates, and sail boats. Charter deep sea fishing or Group Bay Boat Tours also available.

The Condo has 35 units of mostly owner occupied units. Nice peaceful surroundings. Winter Texans come back year after year and develop a sense of community with friendly owners.

Heated pool faces ocean with gated entrance. Shower located at private gate to/from the beach area to clean off sand.

Condo is very well maintained. Maid service available on a weekly basis for an additional $100 charge.

Great getaway to relax but still close to other tourist and city activities! The best of both worlds!

Perfect location!
Very well maintained quiet property on North Beach. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The beach was nice and not crowded. The host thoughtfully provided brach accessories as well! Very nice stay.

Breezy and Beautiful
This was a lovely property. Exactly as advertised. My goal was to be on the water so I had a view and this place was perfect. We could watch the ships go in/out of Corpus Christi Bay, wind surfers, beach walkers, etc. The North Beach beachwalk was right in front of our building and it was well taken care of by the city. A round trip on the sidewalk was about 3 miles. The bedrooms were very big and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The furniture was comfortable - not always true in a rental unit. We have rented many VRBO units and this one had more amenities than most. There was hand soap in each bathroom, salt/pepper, sugar, mosquito spray, hand sanitizer, etc. We were impressed by that too. Our one mishap was handled immediately and we were up and running in a couple hours! Thanks for making our winter away from the cold a pleasure.

The location was fantastic. Very close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view was amazing so nice to have dinner or morning coffee on the balcony watching the water and ships going by. The condo was clean and very quiet. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great stay
We stayed here for 8 days and had a great time. It was myself, my husband and our 6 year old kiddo. There were cars games, board games, puzzles and other things to occupy our evenings before bed. We overlooked the beach but unfortunately it’s Jellyfish mating season and they were being washed ashore so we had to go to a different beach to get in the water but we were still able to walk along the beach to go “crabin” at night and find beautiful seashells. The neighbors were all very kind and willing to give us their suggestions on the local stuff. The condo is further north than we thought it was so we had some daily travel to do the things we’d booked. The condo is quiet and a BREATHTAKING view of the moon from the balcony. If we go back to Corpus Christi we will stay here again. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place. Had everything we needed. The complex was quite and secure, we had the pool to our selfs about everyday. There is a walking path/running path right on the beach takes you all the way down to the Lexington and Aquarium

Relaxing Beach Vaca
We couldn’t have been happier with this little beach condo!! It was even better than the pictures. Extremely clean, smelled pleasant, not mildewey (which you’d expect for an older building by the sea). Everything we needed an wanted to enjoy our stay was neatly stored and available for our use! We drove out to Mustang Island for a day, enjoyed the beauty of the Gulf, spent a day touring the Lexington (so much rich history), visited the Aquarium (our kids loved it), spent every evening relaxing on the beach right in front of the condo and enjoyed eating dinner on the patio. Very quiet and peaceful! We appreciated that the condo was gated as well! We truly couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

Property was exactly as described - and reviews are accurate! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a hiccup with the grill, but owner was quick to respond. The location and complex was so quiet and we had the pool to ourselves the entire stay!! Neighbors were friendly - great community! Very close to the Lexington and aquarium. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in N Beach!

Lovely condo with a great view!
Very nice property with a great view. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I like that it was gated and needed a code for entry to the property and lobby and a key to the pool area. The pool was small but never crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Beach Stay
I love this property! From the balcony view of the ocean, secured beach access and pool access, the security gate for entry to the property, and the building, I felt very comfortable. The security gate and numbered parking right near the main entry are a bonus. We had a fantastic stay. The fully kitted kitchen and spacious bedrooms, and separate bathrooms were perfect for my daughter and me. The binder provided a lot of information on the local area and the checkout process. I Look forward to another stay in the future; worth every penny!

Classic Seaside Retreat - Sand, wind, waves
This condo had everything needed for a classic beach experience. The area is quiet, safe, clean beach, non crowded, even during spring break. Restaurants and attractions nearby, plenty of opportunities for day trips. Hopefully the road and bridge construction will be completed quickly, a minor irritation. A good winter retreat from the cold north.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy access from hwy 181 and right on a quiet beach. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 of us. We had trouble with the TV the first day and the AC had a problem part way through the week,but in both cases the owner responded immediately and got the problem resolved. We were very pleased with the property and the owner.
