Sea Breeze Cottage is a first floor, pet friendly, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo with beautiful décor and furnishings with all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. This charming condo makes your stay both relaxing and convenient since it is in a great central location that puts you within a short drive of everything the island has to offer including, Mustang Island State Park, great fishing, and miles of windswept beaches. But once you see this pool you may never want to leave the complex! This sparkling, heated pool is one of the best on the island. It is lagoon-style layout has something for everyone to enjoy. The adults will love lounging by the waterfall or sitting at the in-pool table while the children will love splashing around in the kid-friendly shallow water area!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/ WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 25LBS OR LESS AND CAN NOT EXCEED 20" IN HEIGHT.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
