Hice la reserva y el pago de la habitación todo por mi teléfono. Mi sorpresa al llegar al hotel me dicen que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Tuve que ir por otro hotel. Aún espero la devolución de mi dinero.

Don’t know if personal but the manager was extremely rude. I had traveled all night and tried to check in around 1:30 and was refused as if I came everyday trying to check in early. Place was pretty empty but I understand policy. Later the front desk gal had mentioned they were in desperate need of housekeepers so I made a point to talk with same manager when she came back on staff and she very rudely the next day said no we already fill all those positions. Stayed for few days and overall was ok experience with the rest of staff. Was very clean and the rest of staff was very nice or helpful. Had gal outside my room very loudly speaking on speaker phone for hrs in parking lot and lots of traffic upstairs. Am avid traveler and this is only complaint I left at any hotel in years. They do allow dogs and cats. One of only a few in like 20mile radius that allows cats.

Have a handicap husband called to confirm never advised me of a shower curtain to the bathroom instead of a door had my daughter staying with us refrigerator not cold enough no ice machine, was broken no closet space bedsheets, we’re dirty I had asked Housekeeping to change it was ignored. Had to sleep in the dirty sheets again until it was replaced the next morning, no blankets to sleep with had to borrow blankets from my mother-in-law I can name a couple of the good things there were the mirror in the bathroom was nice and the staff’s was friendly but that’s about it. I would advised calling again if you have a handicapped family member to see if there is a door in place yet if that doesn’t bother you I guess it doesn’t matter, but it bothered me.

The cleaning staff have all been very kind for most part. There is a major divide in staff here. Kinda like bullies against hard workers. The management is issue. From the moment I checked in she’s been rude. I had driven thru the night and tried to check in at 1:30Pm. The place was empty and she refused cuz the cleaning crew. I’m an avid traveler and have had to stay in hotels a lot. I’ve never been spoken too so rudely by any other staff upon arrival. She acted as if I had been here repeatedly continually trying to ‘get one past her’ and is training the new girl to behave in same manner. She sat there laughing to herself when I confronted manager if it was a personal issue somehow. Later another car had parked in front of my room for hours running while talking loudly on speaker. I reported finally after she had left for a hour then came back and she yelled at me like I was the problem. I ended up leaving in middle of night due to these things and constant activity from room above me tho she also told me they aren’t there(live on property) at night. But multiple times multiple people exited and came back in. There is a time and a place to have “attitude” but it was the most unprofessional experience I have had in years. I still wouldn’t say anything if I didn’t notice the divide in staff. Like I said…there is a man on staff and a few other women that were kind attentive and the rooms are sparkling but office experience put a sour taste in my mouth.

I stayed at Studio6 Suites for a total of 5 nights. Upon my arrival I got to unpacking after a long drive to Albany. As I was getting my bed so ti aged I found the sheets had blood stains and other nasty gunk stuck to them. I had to work early in the morning and it was already late, so I used my own blankets and slept on top of the hotels comforter. After working a 10 hour shift at my construction job, I returned to the hotel expecting to see a clean and turned over bed. However, I did not find that. I returned to find the same bedding as before. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, the solution given was handing me a bed roll and telling me I could change it myself. After working like I do, I was not changing bedding for nothing. I did not get my bedding changed until the last night of my stay and I kept being told that I could change the bed myself. That is definitely unacceptable by all means. Especially since I could tell my room had been cleaned each day. Garbage was taken out and all. Just not my bed

Great check in experience, clean room. Everything works. No movie channels, so bring your device. I recommend staying upstairs so you won't get the constant noise from anyone above you. I had to use earplugs.

The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks

The room was clean enough. There was no blankets on the bed, there was lots of damage in the bathroom around the shower. Ok for a quick stop for sleeps but not really worth the money

I’m truly upset with our stay. I normally don’t complain and stay to myself but this was unacceptable. I had called to change my room from a king to a double double a month before our stay, we were assured of the change. Upon arrival today we found out that the change was not made and had to fit 3 adults and 2 dogs in what is not advertised as their king rooms. When entering our room our noses were filled with the strong smell of bleach, it was extremely overpowering and nauseating; our eyes were burning. Not only is that unsafe for our dogs but 2/3 of us are allergic to bleach. Obviously we understand the importance of cleaning everything and we understand that bleach can and will most likely be used, but to use that much to the point no one could breath is unacceptable, we had to air the room out for an hour before we could comfortably breathe and stay in the room. When going to the front desk to advise of the issue, the front desk lady seemed almost annoyed and not very helpful. I had requested our rooms to not be cleaned until we leave to avoid any further issues. My friend had gone up to ask some questions and the same front desk lady immediately rolled her eyes and was frustrated with her questions. Completely unprofessional. I can happily say that we will not be returning.
