"Stayed here for a wedding. Pool and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff at weren’t very friendly when needed assistance with things and failed to make a dinner reservation when I asked them to. They weren’t able to seat me at the restaurant. Staff didn’t seem to like English speaking guests and found us more a nuisance. "

"No beach, no pool and no restaurant. Where was I supposed to eat? Masseria Refrigerio is not as adverised. I was very isolated and most important - no where to eat. What would you do in my circumstance? Thank you! I feel that I cannot trust "Travelocity" in the future."

Fantastic friendly staff
"Hotel Torino was perfect. Clean and simple with friendly, helpful staff and great coffee. Everything worked. On arrival, late in the evening, I asked for hot water - it was provided. I asked for help with my heavy case - it was provided. They were happy for me to leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Thank you. "
