"The staff is extremely kind! Every single encounter with a staff member was absolutely lovely. I must have been enthralled in my conversation when checking in, that I wasn’t paying attention to the part about her saying the charge on my account would go away in 2-10 days. When I angrily called three days after my stay, about why I was charged $50 - the staff member maintained kindness, politeness, and understanding. With that, she explained to me that I would see a refund in a few days, and if I didn’t, to please call her back and that she would help me out with it. I couldn’t apologize enough- especially working in customer service myself, I was embarrassed about my tone when initially calling. In addition to the staff, the hotel is very clean, and also offers continental breakfast! We will come back next time we are in town to visit family!"

"This is a great property to stay at if you are in the Scranton area. Comfy beds, clean room, refrigerator and microwave. The suite has a nice couch. Breakfast is very good. delicious chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Felt very safe. The only thing I would warn is if you are sent sensitive. There are a lot of incense burning through at the lobby. You can’t smell them in the room though."
