The Space:

Tailored to families, First Tracks CB is a slope-side, ski-in/ski-out condo sleeping 8, sitting directly above Crested Butte's ski school (Camp CB) and just steps from the resort's main lifts, Silver Queen and Red Lady.



On the main (2nd) floor, a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and large-screen TV opens onto a dining table seating 6 plus bar seating, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. This floor also holds the primary bedroom with a king bed and a fully renovated walk-in shower bath, plus a full-size washer/dryer nearby and several decks for watching skiers or soaking up the sun.



The next floor up holds two more bedrooms—one queen, one with two twins—sharing a full bathroom (remodeled in late 2024) with a tub/shower combo. A spacious "Loft Bunk Room" offers a twin-over-twin bunk, a couch, and a smart TV. As an end unit with a private balcony and southern exposure, the condo enjoys abundant natural light and unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding peaks.



No more schlepping gear across parking lots—ski school drop-off is just one flight down, with a private ski locker right outside the door, so you can drop the kids and hop on the Silver Queen lift in minutes. The on-slope location makes a great home base all day: grab a quick bite in the kitchen to skip lunch crowds, warm up by the fireplace, or watch little ones take their first runs on the magic carpet just outside. After skiing, you're steps from the resort's restaurants, après spots, spas, and ski shops.



Two reserved on-site parking spots (AWD/4WD recommended for the lot) make vehicle access easy, and in summer and fall, renowned mountain biking, the kids' adventure center, and the ropes course all begin right outside the door.



Designed with families in mind, this condo features smart HD TVs with Amazon Fire Sticks in every bedroom, an additional playroom loft with board games and puzzles, a full washer/dryer, and a private ski storage closet stocked with a few sleds for extra end-of-day fun.



Bedroom breakdown: Bedroom 1 – King; Bedroom 2 – Queen; Bedroom 3 – 2 Twins; Bedroom 4 (loft) – Twin bunk bed.

The Neighborhood:

This is truly at the base area. Walk out the door, down the stairs and you are at the Silver Queen. Walk up the slopes slightly to the retail shops. No car needed. Shuttle stop is maybe a 5 minute walk.



Getting Around:

You will want an AWD or 4WD vehicle in winter months if you rent a car or decide to drive. Easy to use free shuttle bus between the town of Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte, so a vehicle is not absolutely necessary.
