Dog Guest Policy
• Guests must notify the office in advance if bringing a dog
• Dogs must be at least one year of age
• Maximum of two dogs per condo
• Pet fee:
– $25 per night for one dog
– $35 per night for two dogs
• Pet fees cap at five nights
– Maximum of $125 for one dog
– Maximum of $175 for two dogs
• A $200 credit card authorization is required at check-in
• Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay
