Booking through Expedia we got one of the newly renovated cabanas, exquisite location, private, spacious, and closer to the beach than the rooms. The hotel is exquisitely located, with fabulous views of coastline and sunsets. The bathing at Store Bay is in crystal clear water, and was calm as a lake at this time of year.

Check in experience was horrific, we had our confirmation and was told that it was cancelled. I went thru emails and the Expedia app showing my paid confirmation and they could not find our names. It took awhile for them to look into the matter to figure out what was the issue. I was so pissed knowing we had a long flight and just wanted to check in and relax but instead it became very stressful Place was clean and the room had a lot of amenities

This hotel is walking distance from the airport and beach and restaurants. Pool on site but located by the hotel restaurants and bar. Very tasty food at hotel restaurant. Souvenir shops and mini mart within walking distance. Rooms have kitchenettes which is a plus. Hotel needs updating. Staff is very serious and cold.

The room was clean, staff was very polite and helpful. Minor maintenance repairs needed on cupboard sliding mechanism and shower door. Minor repairs being done on the older parts of the large compound, which is generally well maintained. Tennis court is being worked on to include Pickle ball lines
