“I enjoyed my stay at Tropikist. It’s a beautiful facility with ocean front views and a pool and well maintained grounds. Breakfast was tasty. The staff are pleasant, friendly and all helpful. The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the main road if you don’t have a vehicle. There are some opportunities to improve, specifically the infrastructure- wifi is poor in the rooms and if there is a water shortage, then water dispensers should be placed on every floor. “Our Coco Reef stay was definitely not worth the high price that we paid. The decor of the rooms seem stuck in the 1980s. The food was expensive and not tasty. The beach was full or seaweeds. We did not enjoy this experience!”

“The staff was extremely friendly and decent views of the ocean. It’s less than 10 mins from the ferry port. There was flies in the room when we checked in and the doors aren’t the easiest to open. The pool was small but decent enough for the 1 night we were there. Breakfast was convenient and decent for being included with the stay.”

They advertised that they had multiple different shuttle services available but when we got there it was taxi service that we had to pay out of our pocket. The smell of the property was terrible due to the Sea Weed. The main pool was closed. I am very disappointed and will not ever choose this resort in the future.”

“Clean rooms comfortable bed n pillows..great location ..quick n easy access to airport free shuttle service from hotel to airport ..yes parking is available..staff is friendly n helpful ..breakfast on the other hand can be improve..management told me they are working on it...I highly recommend n will certainly come again.”

The breakfast was good and all except for the last staff member we encountered on the day before we left was very pleasant and helpful.
