El lugar es acogedor pero muy pequeño, y aunque el personal fue muy atento, los huéspedes hacian mucho ruido. Nos quedamos 3 noches en Julio, no recomiendo una estadía mas larga. Es conveniente la ubicación y tiene lugares para comer alrededor. Caminando llegas al centro histórico en 15 a 20 mins. No lo recomendaría para familias con niños pequeños. El desayuno incluido es pre-determinado por dia por lo que no puedes elegir que comer.

Nos encantó el hotel, el servicio del personal del joven de recepción y la chica de servicio en la cocina. Desayunamos muy ricos. Parqueaderos en área segura y tranquila frente al hotel. Ximena la administradora un amor también. En cuanto al hotel tiene una ubicación muy cerca del centro histórico a pies. Al lado puedes alquilar bicis. Tiene agua caliente. Buenas cobijas y amplias habitaciones. Amamos el lugar y volveríamos nuevamente

Alojamiento para mochileros.

Ofrecen muy poco para el costo de la habitación, es un hotel de mochileros y lo hacen pasar como un buen hotel, la atención es pésima, excepto por Oscar que fue muy atento, los demás fueron inoperantes. El lavadero siempre estuvo tapado y nadie lo resolvió, el desayuno es muy mínimo, no variado y toman media hora en servirlo. El parque o es a 2 cuadras.

THE PROPERTY DIDNT HAVE OUR RESERVATION. We had already talked twice with the hotel confirming that our reservation was made successfully. But when we got there, they didn’t provide any solution or alternative even though it was really late at night. We had to call several hotels and knock on their doors until we found someone to take us in.

Great area, cute hotel, big breakfast. Our room was pretty loud at night due to street noise, so not great if you’re a light sleeper. The main thing that stops me from giving it a perfect review is that we had no internet in our room. However, I’d stay there again but just ask for a quieter, better connected room.

Hotel eccellente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, a due passi dal centro e dall'Università di Cuenca, in una zona silenziosa a due passi dal Rio Tomebamba. E' la terza volta che ci vengo e mi sono trovato sempre benissimo. Unica pecca è l'assenza di un armadio adeguato per disporre il vestiario, ma il problema è sicuramente superabile.

Great Adventure

Great time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is well located close to Old Town and all the major parts of the city. Public transportation is just a block away. The breakfast was delicious. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast.
