Fiquei em dois quartos diferentes durante minha estadia, ambos quartos são necessários uma reforma, especialmente no banheiro que tem um aspecto sujo e encardido. O lençol e cobertor não é confortável. A televisão e ar condicionado são excelentes, funcionaram muito bem, assim como o chuveiro que é ótimo. A localização do hotel é privilegiada, no coração de Cuiabá, mas isso traz um encalço que é a quantidade de pedintes localizados na frente do hotel. O hotel fica em frente a um restaurante muito tradicional em Cuiabá, então a qualquer hora do dia você consegue comer ou beber, 24 horas por dia mesmo e isso é excelente. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade de frutas que pra mim é excelente e os croissants são excelentes, mas os pães e bolos não são tão bons. Não consegui beber café em nenhum dia, só vi a placa de "Sorry, café em produção". A equipe atendeu bem, especialmente o pessoal da manutenção quando precisei.

pelo "release" do hotel nos sites de reserva e no próprio site e aplicativo, esperava um nível muito mais acima, da experiência que tivemos. Pegamos a suíte luxo. As paredes de gesso, logo, um cochicho qlqr do quarto ao lado, eu ouvia, ou seja, privacidade ZERO! Outro ponto: petfriendly...até aí ok, mas cachorro no corredor do hotel, a noite, latindo na minha porta??!! Existe a chamada "área comum" ou local adaptado, P/ receber os pets. Café da manhã: menos opções q na minha ksa, informações erradas nas placas, sem talheres específicos p/ o que é servido. Preço de manicômio: o que é aquela água enlatada no frigobar?! Cara! 2 águas, 1 coca comum (latas )1 chocolate lacta mini, e estacionei. Pronto! Meu almoço e janta, ficaram ali. Se eu soubesse q aquilo tava certo, bebia água da pia! Serviço: quarto CASAL SUPER LUXO, frise-se! SO TINHA 1 TOALHA DE ROSTO E 1 DE BANHO, pedi no telefone, aguardei 1 hora, liguei e pedi de novo, mais meia hora de espera, qdo ia ligar a 3° vez, apareceu uma pessoa da limpeza com duas toalhas de piscina (rasgadas), dizendo q estavam ESPERANDO chegar da lavanderia, AS TOALHAS...da PRÓPRIA LAVANDERIAAA! E que trairiam logo a seguir. Resumo: fora o check in, checkout, preço, serviço, organização e café da manhã. Foi tudo certo! E pra quem quer saber o desfecho:tô em ksa esperando essas toalhas, sem almoço e janta, pq fui inventar de beber água nesse roubo legalizado aí. Só salva a cama e o piso. Mas como não sou pedreiro e acompanhante. É zero!
