“I'm giving this 5 stars, BUT PLEASE NOTE: it was lacking some simple amenities. There weren't any coffee filters (this is a common thing to provide, in my opinion). There was an iron, but no ironing board. There wasn't a hair dryer. We purchased both the coffee filters (pack of 200!) and the hair dryer and left it there for future guests. :) There also weren't any kitchen dishcloths or towels - we got two of those. There are no Kleenex in the house. The kitchen pots/pans, glasses, etc. were...

“My husband and I, our grown kids and their spouses as well as an 18mth old stayed for 4 days. The house is beautiful, very well stocked kitchen, any pot or pan you could need. Lots of coffee cups and glasses, extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Nice boat dock to swim off of, moderate grass in the water but tolerable. Minutes from city harbor. Would rent again!”

“We brought a boat so our location was great because we were close to the loading ramp and a marina was right across the lake (very convenient). We could walk to the park. There were 15 people (this included a one year old). We had 12 bath towels, needless to say there was a lot of washing going on. In the master b/room several outlets didn’t work so lamp by bed didn’t work. “My family and I had no problems finding or checking into the property. The yard was beautifully maintained. However, once in the house, we discovered that the AC was not working properly. We contacted the owner who gave advice on how to set the thermostat, but when that didn't work she immediately sent someone to work on it. Repairs somewhat helped but did not completely solve the cooling problem. Other minor annoyances were several lights did not work in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as...
