There were a few light bulbs that were burnt out but it was as advertised and we had an amazing time at the lake and the dock was a fantastic option to have since we brought our own boat to cruise the lake.

Very comfortable house on lake lanier. The lake is only steps away. Our family enjoyed swimming off the dock and watching deer run through the yard. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor were very comfortable. The house was fully stocked and the host was very quick and responsive with our questions. Would definitely recommend this location. Will hopefully be back again next year

Great vacation on Lake Lanier!

Great location for our family and friends getaway! Loved the location on the lake and being able to dock our boat at the boat dock. Plenty of space for our group.

Phenomenal location, very responsive host. The house was perfect for our entire family. We had a wonderful fall break. Having the boat launch so close and a boat dock at the property was perfect. This home felt like a home. The kids all had a blast.

Loved the space and floor plan. Had a wonderful time with family and friends. I hosted dinner one evening and the space was open and perfect for entertaining.

Great Lake House

Came to celebrate a 50th bday with family and had a great time. We have a boat at Port Royale, and it was a 20 min boat ride and dock was in great shape to house my boat for a few days. Great views, good property, fair price for accommodations, and would gladly stay again.

Lake House Mini Vacation

The house and lake access were very nice. We enjoyed the open space of the house. Everything was already there, including clean bedrooms and bath, a kitchen with everything needed to cook. I would recommend the lake house to friends and family.

Very clean, spacious, beautiful home

Our party of 12 came here to enjoy and relax after a wedding that night. There is a home being constructed right next to the house, so it took us off guard for a second. Once inside the home it was very clean, nice look and view down to the lake, and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and maybe booking again next time we have family come down to visit!

Lakefront Bliss

My husband and I and our 4 adult children and their partners stayed in this gorgeous house with double decker boat dock. The owner was delightful and the house a dream with plenty of room for all! We had other family join us for the day for a small family reunion and had a blast on the lake, lazing on tubes and rafts and a boat ride. We would definitely book this place again!

Wedding weekend in cumming

Nice place- trail to lake and dock both need help No cloths hangers, as simple as it seems that was an inconvenience Parking was a challenge, not much room for even 3 vehicles turn around
