"It’s quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. We will definitely keep coming back for more nights!"

"My first trip to Shanghai. We booked this hotel since it has a good reputation from where I live. We arrived on a late flight so we were completely exhausted. Francis, at check-in, was extremely considerate and thoughtful to our needs and he made our hotel experience very pleasant from the beginning."

Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel on the Bund

"I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
