“We were awestruck when we opened the door! Beautiful decor and directly on the river with great views of the water. Host was very attentive and we had everything we could possibly need.Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Waverly area!”

“Booked this stay on RAGBRAI with the key feature that there was laundry facilities available. No response to message asking for the laundry code. Found the property manager, and was told the dryer was broken. ”

“Overall the studio was ok. there’s definitely a weird smell. There’s no where to hang up bath towels. No hand soap. The tub is not draining and was not clean, there were small hairs from someone else on the tray where you put a bar of soap. ”

“Location was good and the bed was comfy. No towels and the bathroom door would not shut. Shower barely drained as well.”

“Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. ”
