For what it lacks in being modern or well kept it was quiet and convenient to where we needed it to be. Slept well enough and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hard to beat for the money if the basics are all that matter

The hotel was clean enough limited amount of shampoo in the room. The rooms were slightly David and the faucet in the bathroom dripped all the time. It had a slight older odour in the room when we arrive, but the air ventilation air conditioner system once turned on, seemed to help.

Close and convenient for Red Rocks hiking/concerts. Cheap price means cheap acomidations. Some stains on carpet, some small holea in the duvet, microwave and TV couldn't be on at the same time, but, the fridge worked, the bed was comfy, mostly clean, and the breakfast was good. You get what you pay for, It is overwhelminly "okay".

Great price and location, but proceed with caution

In town to tour Colorado School of Mines. Hotel location was great. Hotel lobby was nice, but the hotel room was is desperate need of deep cleaning and updating. It smelled musty and like urine. We had to keep the window open to help air out the room. Toilet was constantly running, which was very annoying.

In Colorado for Red Rocks concert. Stellar location for access to Red Rocks. Shower could use a could use a good scrub brush to clean the tiles. Coffee at breakfast not working, AC in first room didn’t work but staff readily got us in a room where it did work. Outside of building looks very aged. I’d probably stay again for convenience knowing what I know and plan accordingly. Beds were comfy and staff was nice and helpful when needed.
