"The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "
