"Do make sure you confirm your reservation with the hotel. I had to send to send a friend to the hotel to physically confirm my reservation before I arrived in Mauritania. "This is a nice hotel and the best option if you want access to a pool in SL. The pool was closed when we were there…I would have stayed at Siki (where I have been many times in the past) if I had known. All of the staff were kind of lovely. For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. I aked one of the receptionists to give me a ride to the airport like other guests but she refused telling me that they do not have trips to the airport although there was plent of time in-between the trips they were having. Thridly, the restaurant staff were very good. They offered me free Mauritanian tea. But when I ordered lunch upon my arrival they were very slow. They took a lot of time to prepare and bring me the food. Despite that, the food was delicious."
