“They changed the reservation system for restaurants with a new first come first serve. queues begin around 6.30pm. the service and restaurants are quite good, but be ready to "take it slow" and enjoy it. if you come with children, the buffets are VERY good, and depending on the day, they can be cooler and less crowded even, enjoyable. the staff is excellent.”

“Quarto ótimo! Grande, confortável. Cama boa. Varanda e vista maravilhosa! Lugar de paz! Só o chuveiro/ cápsula que achei meio estranho heheh mas nada demais. Equipe atenciosa! O tempo todo com recreação para crianças! Recomendo! Voltaria. Só o entorno em si, não tem muita coisa (tipo comércio, restaurantes. Tem o essencial e sem muitas opções. Principalmente a noite. ”

“Overall, I am very satisfied with my room. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I will visit here again for its room. I am so glad that the staff was able to distinguish my nationality as Taiwan (Formosa) instead of another option. Thumbs up for the good job! However, the check-out process was a bit inefficient, which I do hope the hotel can improve. The breakfast is in buffet form, but not exactly impressive.”

“Great Ponta Negra Beach location near Morro do Careca. Beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools, with mature mango, Caju, Jambu fruit trees and tropical flowers. Uppermost chalets require a vigorous uphill walk. Excellent views of the ocean and Morro do Careca. Good restaurant, breakfast, helpful staff!”
