Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is not as pictured. The only hot food available is waffles and anything you nuke or toast in the toaster. But options were plentiful for essentially felt like a super continental breakfast. Anyway, pet are allowed, so one night was noisy. Front desk customer service could stand to be more warm, friendly.

My room 160 was so nice the bed was so comfortable the staff was the best out of my two years of traveling if I ever get the chance to come back this is where I’m staying safe location. I can’t say enough about the ned it was better than my own bed at home air conditioning was awesome not a window unit full on thermostat And it worked well bathroom was in really good shape clean and hot water look forward to staying here again and hanging out with the staff

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast options limited. Not a hot breakfast but there is bread for toast, dingdongs or twinkies, yogurt, oatmeal, or 2 kinds of cereal. There is juice, milk, hot chocolate or coffee to drink. As long as personal items aren't in the way, the room gets cleaned and restocked with fresh towels. Cable tv with hbo and cinemax to watch. Wifi, however I couldn't get on it.

I liked the staff most. They are very cordial. Their breakfast menu was standard for that kind of hotel/lodge. I should say their breakfast menu was better than that of many hotels I stayed in over the last couple of years. Most of those owners are from a particular group, but the management is likely different at this hotel. One thing I wish I could say is that the hotel is entirely smoke-free. Hope they make this change one day. Thank you.
