“This place was perfect for a short getaway for me, my husband, and the dogs between Christmas and New Year's. They've replaced the loveseat with a comfy foldout chaise sectional. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs, and there was even wood left for the fire pit. It's close to town for grocery runs and the TV has a Roku.The property owner was super responsive when we were having trouble with the heat and our problem was fixed right away.”

“House was very clean. Good location close to anything you'd need. Host was friendly. Check in & check out instructions were clear & easy to follow. DVD selection was really nice. Only complaint is that we couldnt get it to cool off. We turned the ac down but it would not get any cooler than 74 during our stay. It was a 50 night so we weren’t sure why it wouldn't cool off. Overall though it was a great stay & we would stay there again if we knew the ac would keep up! ”

“Cute little house close to everything we were doing in Joplin. It is interesting that there are light blocking shades in the living room, but not in the bedroom. When we got there at 3 (the published check in time) the cleaner was still there cleaning. She came out and let me know she would be another 10 minutes. I said OK because what else can I do? I wasn't going to raise a stink, I would just wait. I messaged the owner and asked what they planned to do to make things right about the late……
