The concierge staff was friendly and attentive. They took care all local bookings for us. Breakfast selection offered a good variety to start the day right. "

"Probably the best place I've stayed at in Vietnam! It was super clean! The bathroom was neat tidy and clean ! Aircon was provided which was needed! The owner provided rental scooters which was convenient! The owner welcomed us and he was very friendly and helpful. "

One main issue was the safe was not working when we arrived, it would not open and needed to be opened by a master key. We immediately asked for it to be fixed or brought another since it was not fastened to the shelf. They kept telling us that it would be opened soon, but after 3 days at the hotel it was not done.
Also we did not pay ahead of time for the breakfast. We checked it...

"Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. My only negative was the wind was quite strong and our balcony door kept banging which woke me up. Other than that, definitely value for money. "

"Excellent hotel which has been build in a very nice layout with a lot of bungalows which create a nice atmosphere, where most will have sea view. Nice beach and pool are that never was busy. Big celebration for breakfast. And then the offer free pickup and drop off to the airport.
It is located with a 10 min walk to center, but also a lot of option on the the road in both directions "

"I was very happy with my stay here. It is a great location with sunset views. The bed and pillows good and fresh towels daily. I am traveling 147 days so cost effective hotels are important. The hotel is older. The staff at the reception were very helpful. FYI the wifi works. I have 2 tips 1 don’t be late to the buffet breakfast for best selection 2 the water is solar heated. "Had issues with Hotels.com confirmed 2 room booking but not confirmed at hotel so 4 of us were stranded, but credit to the owner and staff at the hotel gave us a room that wasn’t finished for renovation to help us out, then gave us a room each on the second night but we had to pay cash after already paying through Hotels.com "
"I paid for my room through Expedia. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had to pay in cash or transfer money since the hotel already turn off all apps booking for that day. I told her I already paid, so I will not pay again. She insisted that I have to agree to pay upon checkout otherwise she won’t give me a room. I accepted the room key with the condition that she has to reach out to Expedia to clarify this whole mess. When I checked out she again wanted me to pay in cash or transfer money, then I would have to ask Expedia for a refund.! I refused. I gave her my info on case Expedia doesnot pay the hotel ! If you don’t want headache, avoid this hotel. I wish Expedia would remove them from their listing "
"There is NO beach. It’s like a rundown marina. The closest beach is 40 mins. There is nothing close to the stay. I wish I booked something in the center of the city because it was nearly impossible to get a taxi or a grab. And when you did it was very expensive ($40 CAD). Its not worth booking this place to save money. Also the address brings you about 3 blocks away from the actual property. You have to walk through sketchy streets. Its a shame because the staff is so sweet."

"My bungalow was beautiful on the beach. The beach was gorgeous. The staff was fantastic. The grounds could use some upkeep around the pool. The tiles are broken. The front entrance could use some upkeep, but they are working on the units and trying to make an effort a great place to stay Wasn’t crazy about the breakfast, but dinner was good."
