"Spotless perfect place to stay"

"Breakfast was great as there were good healthy options. There was a lot of noise from other guests with kids screaming on the floor and doors being shut loud multiple times from 10 to 10:40 pm.I called the service desk multiple times but they couldn’t properly observe the noise. Otherwise the layout "

"We didn’t enjoy the pool since it was a bit chilly but the hotel was so nice and clean. There was gelato in the lobby which we definitely took advantage of. We walked to Universal Studios everyday (0.8 miles I think)."

"Everything was nice and clean. The AC kept us cool throughout the night. All the staff members here were very friendly. The process with checking in and checking out was very smooth. I highly recommend this hotel."
