"This unit layout was impeccable! View was good and I was provided a fob, however, this unit's maintenance was a different story. The listing provided the incorrect wifi network name - which wasn't a big deal - but it shouldn't have taken a couple days to be attended to. The REAL kicker was when the thermostat was SET TO AC vs heat. I booked this unit for 2 weeks mid-end of November 2024, and had to be given portable heaters a week into my stay and the AC wasn't switched over to the heater...
