"Séjour de 3 nuits très sympa avec ma mère. Le personnel est aux petits soins ils sont très professionnels. La chambre était jolie simple et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le restaurant de l’hôtel Le Paradou franchement 10/10 on y mange très bien nous avons été servies par Farid il est tellement adorable et professionnel. Il est là pour combler toute vos demandes et fait de son mieux. Tout le personnel était merveilleux.
La façade de l’hôtel est très belle. Et il y a une terrasse...

I was disappointed that there wasn’t any safe in the room, wifi wasn’t working at all and there was no remote for the tv🙁the staff was friendly enough I can say that I would comeback to this hotel for my next trip to Algiers "

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
"What a great new hotel, with an AMAZING View from the rooftop restaurant. The Breakfast Buffet was really quite nice and Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The staff were courteous and extremely professional, would definitely stay there again. "

"It was a lovely stay. The staff was quite helpful and friendly.The only thing that was not good was that they didn’t have AC so kinda hot and humid and also their Wifi works for a day or two then it logs you out and you have to ask again for new login which is quite frustrating . I guess still they are renovating so let’s see if things get better. "

The location was good near the transport hub of 1er Mai. There were a lot of fast food establishments nearby and also some restaurants.
The breakfast was pretty basic.
Not all of the staff members spoke English. When I called them to verify my late arrival, I had to try a few times to get a staff member who spoke English."

Despite good reactions from management in response to a check in error, the personable staff unfortunately isn't enough to overlook poorly maintained rooms, musty odors, and poor ventilation in rooms. During my stay there was music each night until around midnight and it was being advertised as a positive thing by the staff. I travel for work often, I will not be considering staying here in the future."
