This is an incredible place to stay in Dublin. The location is just outside city center so you get a feeling of being in a neighborhood but everything is nearby. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby too. They do a good job of providing information and the room is great too. The one thing to make sure of is that you receive the entry email beforehand as you are on your own for entering the building and how to get room access.

The room was extremely hot and overpriced. With the window open to try and get fresh air, the noise from Temple Bar area was extremely loud until at least 4 am. Location convenient but would not recommend.
