  • This beautiful barn conversion is tucked away in the picturesque village of Lund, just a stone's throw from a delightful country inn serving delicious home-cooked food. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, the village is centrally placed for access to the market towns of Beverley, Pocklington, and Driffield, all within a 13-mile radius. The Wolds Way is nearby and there is an abundance of pretty walks and cycle trails directly from the doorstep. Visit Market Weighton (10 miles) which holds a weekly farmers market, or the vibrant city of York with its ancient walls and Minster. For a day by the sea, the sandy beaches of the stunning Yorkshire coastline (20 miles) are well worth a visit.

    As you enter the property you will step into the open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is the perfect space to socialise with your loved ones. Curl up in the lounge area and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day of exploring, or simply enjoy relaxing with a drink in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has been stylishly designed with ease in mind and boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. In the centre of the room is a dining table where you can look forward to enjoying some homecooked meals, set alongside a breakfast bar where you can indulge in a morning coffee. Heading from the lounge into the hallway you will find a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Off the corridor are two beautifully decorated super-king bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin on request), both with en-suite shower rooms with WC.

    Venturing outside through bi-folding doors from the lounge area, there is an enclosed patio with a hot tub which you can sink into and unwind after a long day.
