Ian at the imperium Restaurant, the bellboys very friendly and kind and helpful. Housekeeping again very kind and helpful. And customer service via e butler service fantastic.

Still a nice hotel but not quite 5* anymore - tacky hair braiding stand in the main area. Now has a beach club. Staff coming back to the rooms for tips!

This property is amazing & so luxurious! Very massive with great amenities such as spa, workout gym, movie, restaurants & much more. The staff were so professional, helpful & welcoming. I will definitely be returning. Excellent choice by the marina /water.

The property was exceptional. I have never had a better customer service. Everything was on time. The room was cleaned twice a day. Everyone was very respectful, the workers made sure they asked if we were satisfied with the services being rendered. OMG! The food was the highlight of our stay, the breakfast buffet had everything you could think of. I can’t wait to do this again next year.

Another superb stay at the Zabeel Saray, our 7th visit and it always exceeds our expectations. Michael in the club lounge bar is a star and always provides excellent service as does Sunil and the team on valet parking. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. We shall see you again next year
