Outdoor getaway

Great place to stay, can’t get any closer to Spirit Mountain, and the trails. Great place for snowshoeing. Beautiful views.

Beautiful home in great location

Great Location, awesome view of the slopes, beautiful home. We stayed at Christmas and the tree by the fireplace was a nice touch.

Great home, very close to trails, skiing, and the lake

The home was new and set up very well. Communication with the company went very well. Check in was easy. Very close to the ski hill, very well stocked with everything we needed. Opportunity was the cleaning. All of the showers and toilets had hair and clearly was not cleaned well. Not usually something we typically see in 5 star vrbos.

Great place at a great location and lots of room

We were up for our daughters wedding. Needed a base camp and room for my wife and I, our parents (in their 80's), our other daughter, and our families best friend. More than enough room, in fact we had an impromptu gathering of about 20 people for supper and drinks one evening. Love the place and the sauna was a super nice bonus.

Annual Friends Getaway

We are a group of five ladies who travel together every year. We are picky about where we stay, and look for lodging with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and a space to play board games. This home met all our needs. It was lovely.

Thanksgiving weekend get away

My husband found the property while up in Duluth for their Outdoor Summit. We had friends over on Saturday night, there was eight of us. The main level was conducive to different groups and conversations with the large island and the warm fireplace. All guests, residents of Duluth loved the view of Spirit Mountain as they were making snow. What a beautiful place and enjoyed the sauna. We will be back. As mountain bikers and fat tire bikers, this place is in a great spot!

Awesome Spirit mountain location!

Riverside West was amazing and Merisssa was so great to work with. The property is gorgeous and well appointed. Just like home. Would highly recommend and would for sure stay again. We had a party of 10 and got very comfortably.

Beautiful house, fantastic weekend with friends!

The house was absolutely perfect beautiful views of the river. A little hard to order food or an Uber due to not being on the map yet but we were able to make it work all weekend.

Beautiful Condos!

Our group could not have been happier with our stay at this brand new condo. They were beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could have needed. Merissa was very nice to communicate with and addressed all of our needs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying at these condos and working with Merissa!

Wedding Weekend

We reserved 2 of the 3 locations in this new development for a family wedding weekend. The houses were just perfect for our occasion. Merissa is top notch and so responsive to every request. She definitely made it a great experience. The only less than positive comment that I have is that there’s a lot of construction in this new development so there’s construction vehicles in the area and decent amount of dirt which makes the outside less desirable. That being said, there is green space in the back of the house that we used for yard games and that worked out well. The house was very well decorated and the furniture options were excellent. Lots of high end features with the lighting which made you feel very spoiled. Well worth the price!

Quick getaway

We rented this beautiful home for a 2 night stay with 8 adults and 1 child to visit Bentleyville. The views were great! The home had everything and anything we needed. Everyone was comfortable and it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Just great!
