“Really convenient place to stay in Central Cambridge - and a completely different experience to a hotel. I was solo female tand felt safe in this location.
The room was as described, clean and exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. The bed was comfy too!
The head Porter who welcomed me was really friendly and explained everything to me very well - breakfast was great too.

“Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check
Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so……

“Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by.
Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that……

“Our 2nd time staying at Brendan’s homely apartment on our trip from Belfast, everything you need is there essentially and the distance from the local shops a relatively short walk and even our Uber to Tottenham Stadium was only £10.
20 Wrampling Terrace is situated in an exceptionally quiet street which makes for a really peaceful nights sleep..
We will definitely be using again #COYS”

"The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation.
The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?!
Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap instant hot chocolate (not that I would drink but no instant coffee either).
The location is good. So, don’t expect the Hilton quality or service and you would probably be happier… think Marriott Courtyard or 2~3 star hotel…"
