“We were attending a wedding in nearby Portsmouth, but wanted something a bit quieter. Boy, did we find the spot! Nice, quiet street, house on a nice size lot, with super easy access to all points. Beaches in York are literally less than a 5 min drive. Next time we stay, we’re hitting the beaches!!”

“The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!”

“This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. “Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.”
