"The location is right by Yale and shops. Check in via lockbox. Laundry is in an exterior entrance to basement, credit card and app required. The shower water is very sparse, little more than a trickle. No bathroom window screen, curtain rod barely attached to wall. Fridge doors on backwards, old blinds that need replacing, pictures held in place by visible screws on the bottom of frames. Just overall pieced together unprofessionally- needs professional attention/ repair. One of the blinds...

"Very convenient to Yale University and the shops and restaurants in the downtown area near the New Haven Green. It is a 2nd floor studio in a walk up with no elevator which may be an issue for some people. Good wifi for internet and TV streaming but no access to cable TV that we were aware. No dedicated or free parking available. Full kitchen facilities are a plus. Good value!"
