I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart. Let allow any kind of assistance and I was told that I needed to wait until the morning. overall, I missed the opportunity to get into the hot tub because of all the nonsense from the……

“The property was lovely. Very well maintained. It’s in an area attached to an outside Mall that was very nice. Just down the street from Vail’s main village. Staff was great. The only downside is there is no air conditioning but we had fans and it was fine. ”
