No soundproofing so prepare to hear a neighbours tv etc. Not much the owner could do except a proper refurb to change. He kept the place clean and was v friendly and helpful. Thank you to him. We had room 1 which was next to the office and that added noise of people checking in. When it says breakfast. Expect a wrapped plastic muffin and cheap filter coffee. Nothing fresh but a sweetened yogurt. Would i restay? No. It wasnt for me. But if you are just looking for a cheap overnight stop its is as said. Loved the vintage feel of the rooms. Needs a little updating but clean and safe. Love the view!! Breakfast was little Debbie’s and coffee. Vue magnifique sur les marais de la chambre, balcon avec rocking-chair, ambiance rustique mais tout le confort nécessaire est présent et tout est très propre. Le petit déjeuner inclus est industriel, composé de pâtisseries en sachet, yaourt etc que l on peut ramener sur un plateau jusqu'à a sa chambre. The check it was smooth and very pleasant. The room was small but clean, sweet and thoughtfully furnished.
