I was impressed with the location, the detail to cleanliness, and the commitment to the environment. “We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...

“While we wished for weather that was slightly better, we still enjoyed every minute of our 3 days. The weather didn't stop us from using the Kayaks or trying to catch a crab or two. the yard was perfect for exercising the kids and the puppies. It was a short easy drive into town, for some shopping, eating and even a visit to a rum distillery. The wineries were all closed at the beginning of the week this time of year. “My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there.”
