“We were thrilled to find this gem of a rental, and Kristen was able to accommodate our large family! We needed the four bedrooms and also happy to have 2 1/2 bathrooms, plus a meticulously maintained hot tub with tub towels provided. The reservation and check in went smoothly. She was very responsive when I had questions and allowed an early check in. The whole house was very clean and tidy, with plenty of thick luxurious Turkish towels in each bathroom. Check-in would have been just fine (the communication was good to ensure contact with the virtual front desk, in a spotty internet area) but I don’t believe our keypad was programmed correctly.
