Great room, loved the decor. Fireplace was great. Check-in and check-out was simple wirh the door code and instructions. Always love staying right on Fall River.

Very clean and cozy!

We have stayed here multiple times and loved it in the past. But they definitely seemed to be having less and less amenities and care about their clients. You can't even get a bottle of water or anything to drink if you need something to drink anywhere on the property. The front desk staff could care less about the questions that I was asking them and was getting like short one word answers from two different staff members on two different days it was like I was bothering them by asking them questions about the area or where I can go get some things to drink. Apparently the hot tub also closes at 8:30 p.m. which seems very early for any hotel anywhere. The rooms are just very dated from the last few times we stayed there, tv's are like 24 inch with no smart features at all, cant even pull up netflix or any other streaming or movie features. it is a comfortable room despite all this. This was our probably fourth time there but I think we will check out another place next time

Thank you Holiday Inn Estes Park for always making our mini vacations amazing! My kids love love your hotel, and everything in it that makes kids have the best time.
