“The staff was incredibly rude, no black out curtains, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable and there was no soap or anything in the bathroom.”

“The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty……

“Bed was comfortable but bedding smelled like it was left in the washer too long before it was put in the dryer. There were spiders in the bathroom.”

“Our stay was one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay again.”
