“Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.”

“Location excellent as close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and museums. Gabriel, the housekeeper was helpful. We booked the larger room, worth doing. The microwave listed on hotels.com inventory was missing and the oven was reported as did not work. We book the advertised garden view room but had a front road view room. Despite this we had a good time and enjoyed.”

“Place was clean, but the floors have a residue that makes any thing that touches it black. Room was way to Brite, black outs did not work well. Great location and communication was very good. I informed them that is was to hot and the next morning they brought a fan. The place was well equipped. The area rug by the couch was a trip hazzard. This may seem like a bad review but it is not. I would rent this place again just pointing out things that needs to be improved on”

“The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.”

“Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. ”

“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

“We stayed in the fourth floor and the view of the neighborhood was fantastic. Clean and quiet building overall. Central location in Hampstead, and steps away from the Tube.”

“Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Flure, Fahrstuhl und Lounge insgesamt sehr bedrückend. Das Hotel hat auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Luft ist ingesamt auch sehr schlecht. Des Weiteren ist es sehr hellhörig.”
