I had a wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. He went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and Chris’s outstanding customer service truly made a great first impression. Housekeeping came by on Friday but missed us on Saturday. However, it wasn’t a big deal at all, as we were relaxing and enjoying a movie in the room anyway. The excellent customer service continued through checkout. I believe his name was Erick or Eddie, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! It’s always refreshing to encounter staff members who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Chris truly stood out, and both gentlemen deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for making our stay such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

Overall, this was a perfectly functional room and provided everything we needed. We loved the amount of bathrooms, beach supplies, amenities, balcony, and thoughtful welcome snacks. Our only feedback is that the rooms could have benefited from some upkeep and repair (loose faucets, broken drawers, fridge leaks and freezes, etc). However, these needed repairs did not keep us from enjoying our stay; we had a truly wonderful time and would stay here again!
