This hotel deserves a much higher overall rating than it currently has. I was visiting from the States and stayed at 3 different hotels (2 others being rated 5 stars and far more expensive) during my trip, and this was not only the best of the 3, but it may be my favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The location is beautiful & convenient and secure. I was immediately warmly welcomed by Sabrina (I simply cannot say enough GREAT things about her) who made me realize right away, I should’ve stayed there for my entire trip. The facility itself is gorgeous and spacious and was lively and provided a lot of privacy. Perfect for enjoying the space without feeling overcrowded. I stayed in the Superior Room, which was clean, and gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was huge and the balcony was perfect. Breakfast was the best spread I had during my entire trip. I have to once again mention and thank Sabrina- who helped me with all of my needs whether it was with providing personalized local recommendations, bridging my language barrier as an English speaker who speaks zero Spanish, making the stay more comfortable, and everytime she assisted me she went the extra mile. I haven’t had such a positive customer service experience in all of my years working in the hospitality industry. I will stay here everytime I visit going forward loyally without a doubt.
I urge all of you to ignore the lower ratings and book your stay here because it is absolutely worth it!!! Thanks again P
