Our room was very dirty. We had them come reclean our room and there was still stuff all over the floor. When we brought it to the hotel staff attention and even showed them multiple pictures. After we checked out they sent the housekeeping manager in to look at it and said they couldn't see the dirt in the room even after we showed them multiple pictures. The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to make it right and did but the dirt in the room is our only issue.
