“We had a wonderful stay in Steamboat. We were there for the skiing and the shuttle picked us up right next to the parking lot. Communication with Ross was great, he made a few accommodations for us which we appreciated. The condo was newly renovated, with all new appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was right outside our door.”
