"The location of the property was very good, however the suite itself was very dated. 2 of the 4 chairs at the dining table had wobbly/unsafe legs, the bathroom towel bar was broken and under the vanity, had to set clothes on the floor while showering, no venting in the shower causing condensation, the bedding for the fold out smelled like body odor and therefore wasn't used. Generally speaking, this location has a lot of potential, but it needs a lot of work."
