“The hotel was absolutely stunning! We stayed in room 512 and it was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made local dining recommendations. We landed on Windy City Pizza! So delicious!! The front desk clerk even upgraded our room. The views around the property you’re absolutely stunning.”

“The check in process was smooth, staff is polite and rooms are well maintained. Great view of the mountains from the hotel. There are quite a few decent restaurants nearby (around 5-7 minutes drive). The pool and spa area are a little dated. Daily breakfast was ok - mostly cereal, waffle and eggs. Unlimited coffee and filtered water are available near the front desk. Overnight parking is complementary in the private lot.”

“They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?”

“This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. ”
