"Cozy, clean, and great location. We stayed in the area to explore the many natural wonders and hiking spots. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 (plus 2 dogs). Loved having a washer/dryer. Lots of kitchen counter space. I like the separation of the toilet from the shower/sink area. We hope to return in the summer months for swimming/floating the nearby rivers and Rocky Falls!"

"The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to drive fairly short distances to some great hiking trails. The kitchen was well stocked and were able to prepare breakfast/supper, the BBQ grill and fire pit out front were appreciated! We saw deer and turkeys. The hosts were in contact with us for any need that might come up, but we really didn't need a thing."

"The host could not BE any nicer or easy to work with. He let us stay late for the eclipse with no fuss. And mailed back a CPAP machine I accidentally left there. The cabin was exactly the right size for a getaway weekend to view the eclipse. Everything was clean, it is easy to find, bit feels remote. We want to explore the property next time we stay - cannot wait to find the creek! We think this could be our base when we float the Jack’s Fork. Excellent all around!"

"Perfect river weekend getaway house for friends to get together. I wish we would have stayed at least one more night. This house is a lot bigger than it appears. Plenty of quiet and comfort. Kids loved the mini-ping pong table. Getting to see the northern lights one of the nights was definitely a plus and memorable experience."

The cabin is so charming and close to town for everything you could need. Although it's close to the road, there is minimal noise as it is pretty rural. We loved sitting on the wrap around deck watching the birds and listening to the whippoorwill's in the evening. "We had a lovely time at the cabin! We stayed for the total eclipse and enjoyed a quiet private viewing in the woods! Our two little dogs were very happy at the property. The road leading down is a little bit rough, but that is the last 3 mile leg of the journey. You can hike up a nearby hill for cell reception if you need to connect, but the best part of this cabin was unplugging and relaxing. The short walk down the road leads to the large gravel riverbank. "We had a family trip with 8 adults and 7 kids, ages from 2 to 16. It was a perfect trip. The cabin had everything you would need for cooking indoors or outside. The kids had a great time playing outside and inside with board games and a huge selection of movies. The adults had a great time catching up together, around the fire and around the dinner table. "It was a great cabin! We all enjoyed it very much! The hill to the water was brutal. I would recommend fixing that for clients or be more up front about it. It is dangerous unless you are about 11-35! The location was great and very easy to get to and close to town."
