Mountain View Vacations from $545

First of all the map we were given at check in is crap! People can not find their rooms! We witnessed others with the same issue! The TV in the living area had very very low sound! A note was left on the table below the TV that said to not use HDMI 1. We tried everything. Coming home at night the signs are hard to see or read. The ice machine was broken so we had to go get our own ice. The pool was so far away you literally had to drive to it! Ride home with wet trunks on our car. Kept getting bothered in regards to touring the property.? Not happy at all!

The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy
