The room itself was okay and as far as I can tell it was relatively clean. The rest of the motel was dreadful - very run-down, dirty, and dilapidated. The hallways were filthy and atrocious. I will not stay there again.

Enjoyed the place

The suite was very nice. The property needed some much needed landscaping, i.e. weeding around the pool.

There wasn’t a lake view like stated, you couldn’t dock your boat there overnight, the rooms were not clean, we had one trash bag the entire stay, and the people trying to sell us on a timeshare more than once was annoying.

The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy
