"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The main problem was the air conditioner was as good as none. Had a room change , same thing. The room temperature never got below 27. Too warm for me to sleep.
Another problem was the photos in Expedia were deceiving. It looked a lot bigger than it really was. "

"The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly. I was extremely disappointed in my room. The bathroom was old and not renovated. It was also extremely noisy from the guests even-though I was in a room away from the elevator. I guess these hotel, are not sound proofed. I don’t think it deserves a 4 star rating, the most is 3 stars. "

I think you have to remove this benefit cause it’s never available!!! Super small room , cheap furniture, very low bad and dated mattress.and on top that cold bathroom. I turned on the water heater but it doesn’t work . Poor breakfast. It’s far from the beach you would need a car to go around "
