“When we got there the manager said he had no record of our booking. He Demanded we pay him cash then told wotif we had not paid him wanting to be paid again. The room was large and had a double and single bed which was good for us. But no hot water. Even though advertised as having it. No towels even after repeated requests. No sheets just slept on the doona cover. Breakfast we ended up missing on the first day as were told it would be brought to our room but it actually was served on the……
