"What a great place. Worth the effort to get there. Only a few minutes from Pine Valley."

"This was our first vrbo experience, so it was all new, but once we figured out how to acess our information, it was all good. The house was so cute and pretty private, especially looking out the back doors, which had a view of just the mountains behind us, and the wildlife that came around. The swingset was a fun addition for our family, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the fans in the rooms and with the window and balcony door screens,we had great airflow. It was very pleasant. I wish I'd have come in the right side of the parking lot so i would have seen the telephone number of the hosts right on the front porch, which would have helped us when we we first got there, but luckily the vrbo app finally downloaded, and my daughter found the info. It all worked out, but next time we will know better how to find the information about our entry code. We would love to stay there again. "

"Excellent Hosts! Everything was ready go as soon as we arrived. Can't beat both the indoor and outdoor space for large gatherings. Kitchen is well stocked, rooms were clean and spacious. Cabins were a lot of fun.We had a great experience for a Family Reunion of 50 people."

"Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience. We contacted the host when we got to the home that the water heater was not working. They were quick to respond but they were unable to help since they don’t live locally. We quickly realized that there was a short in one of the water heaters and it had burned through the insulation. We turned off the breaker to the one water heater and tested the second one, it still didn’t work. We let the owners know. Unfortunately, there was nothing that they can do so they said that they would come the next day. They came in the middle of the morning, and they were unable to fix it. Instead of having a plumber, they tried to do it themselves. When they couldn’t fix it, they said they had bypassed to the second water heater but we told them that the 2nd one didn’t work either. They said that there was nothing they can do at this time. We spent the whole weekend without hot water. If you haven’t been in pine valley before the water is seriously finger numbing cold. In addition to this, the home has been beat up a bit. The BBQ grill had not been cleaned in a long time and you can see that it has already caused a fire on the deck. There was black smoke and melted vinyl siding all around it. Thankfully they had a griddle next to it that we were able to use. There was also a sharp corner on the countertop in the kitchen where a tile fell out and it’s sharp. I wish it would have been better"

"This property was absolutely delightful. My husband and I came up to celebrate his 40th birthday and it was everything we had hoped for. The cottage is cozy and well equipped. There are no services in Pine Valley but Mitzi let us know ahead of time so we were well prepared. We very much enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. "
